Jeff Hogrefe, R.Ph.
Jeff Hogrefe, R.Ph. graduated from Ohio Northern University in 1987, and has been in the retail pharmacy business since 1982. He has been a compounding pharmacist since 2004, specializing in formulating unique preparations and dosage forms for both humans and animals. Jeff is certified in both sterile and non-sterile compounding, and regularly attends seminars. In addition, he has specialized training in asthma and diabetes care. Jeff bought the Piqua Medicine Shoppe and Compounding Pharmacy in October of 2007. The Piqua Medicine Shoppe is best known for its involvement in BHRT (bio-identical hormone replacement therapy) compounding for both men and women and has thousands of success stories. Jeff provides private consultations for both men and women at The Happy Hormone Cottage Satellite Office at 5450 Far Hills, Suite 208, Kettering, OH. There is a one time $50 fee, and we require 24 hour advance notice of cancellation. Follow up consults after you have been on therapy are free of charge. Dawn R Trame, R.Ph.
Dawn received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy at Ohio Northern University 1989 and became a certified compounding pharmacist after training at Professional Compounding Center of America in Houston, Texas, in 2000. She has received certificates for continued education yearly. Her job responsibilities include evaluation of test results, consulting with both practioners and patients, and overseeing the day to day operations of the compounding laboratories. Dawn is a consultant at the Piqua location.

Matthew Holten is a 1996 Graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic in Iowa. He is a member of the International Chiropractic Association’s Council on Fitness and Sports Health Science. Dr. Holten’s post graduate training includes a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician Certification. He is also a member of the American Chiropractic Association and has been recognized for his professional contributions with a Family Practice of Excellence Award.
